The Miami Heat beat the Los Angeles Lakers 115-104 last night to cut the series lead to 2-1. Jimmy Butler had an unbelievable game, a triple double with 40 points and 13 assists and 11 rebounds. The Lakers got 25 points and 10 rebounds and 8 assists from LeBron James but the story is Butler putting the Heat on his back and getting the win. What a performance. I still think the Lakers win because you can’t expect Butler to play this great every game. The Lakers were also hurt by Anthony Davis getting into foul trouble early. However, if the Heat can get Bam Adebayo and Goran Dragic back they might have something. But Adebayo has a shoulder injury and Dragic has a foot injury, that has to affect them, even if they’re on the court and playing. We have a series here, but it’s hard to imagine a team with LeBron James and Anthony Davis losing 3 of the next four games. Anything is possible, though, as Kevin Garnett would scream. Thanks for reading.
