NFL Week 12 kicked off with 2 Thanksgiving day games and continued yesterday. The Eagles and Seahawks play tonight and Ravens and Steelers play tomorrow night. Let’s rundown the scores from yesterday and Thursday.
–The Houston Texans beat the Detroit Lions 41-25 in a game that saw the Head Coach Matt Patricia and General Manager Bob Quinn get fired the next day. Deshaun Watson threw for 318 yards and 4 touchdowns. Will Fuller had 6 catches for 171 yards and 2 touchdowns. Both teams are now 4-7.
-The Washington Football Team beat the Dallas Cowboys 41-16 to improve to 4-7 and take the division lead while Dallas falls to 3-8.
-The Buffalo Bills beat the Los Angeles Chargers 27-17 to improve to 8-3 while the Chargers fall to 3-8.
-The Tennessee Titans walloped the Indianapolis Colts 45-26 to take the division lead at 8-3. Derrick Henry had 178 yards rushing and 3 touchdowns. The Colts fall to 7-4.
-The Minnesota Vikings beat the Carolina Panthers 28-27 as Kirk Cousins threw 3 touchdowns, including one to Chad Beebe with under a minute to go that gave Minnesota the lead. Carolina missed a field goal at the end and falls to 4-8. Justin Jefferson had 70 yards receiving and 2 touchdown catches to help the Vikings get to 5-6.
-The Cleveland Browns beat the Jacksonville Jaguars 27-25 to move to 8-3 as the Jags fall to 1-10.
-The New York Giants beat the Cincinnati Bengals 19-17 to take the NFC East lead back from Washington at 4-7. The Bengals fall to 2-8-1.
-The New England Patriots beat the Arizona Cardinals 20-17 as Nick Folk kicked a field goal as time expired. The Patriots are now 5-6 while the Cards fall to 6-5.
-The Miami Dolphins beat the New York Jets 20-3 to get to 7-4 and keep the Jets winless at 0-11.
-The Atlanta Falcons destroyed the Las Vegas Raiders 43-6 to move to 4-7 while the Raiders fall to 6-5.
–The New Orleans Saints beat the Denver Broncos 31-3 to improve to 9-2 while the Broncos fall to 4-7. The Broncos were without their entire QB core because of Covid and didn’t have a chance here.
-The San Francisco 49ers beat the Los Angeles Rams 23-20 as Robbie Gould kicked a field goal as time expired to get them to 5-6 as the Rams fall to 7-4.
-The Kansas City Chiefs beat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 27-24 to move to 10-1 and drop the Bucs to 7-5. Patrick Mahomes threw for 462 yards and 3 touchdowns. Tyreek Hill had 13 catches for 269 yards and 3 touchdowns.
-The Green Bay Packers beat the Chicago Bears 41-25 to improve to 8-3 and drop the Bears to 5-6. Aaron Rodgers threw for 4 touchdowns.
